Adopt Vinnie

About 9 years ago our favorite former Sargent from Chester City had surrendered this little guy to Delco Dawgs. He was a mess and had one horribly ruptured eye that needed to be removed. After his eye enucleation and other treatments, he was adopted and lived the happiest life. He became ill about a year ago and passed away, but never would’ve gotten the chance to make it past puppyhood of the Chester police didn’t help him and contact us. Odin lived an amazingly happy life!
